New Year, New Opportunities

Part II Architectural Assistant

We are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to work on the new teaching facility; MIRA Technology Institute.

Due to start on site this summer, it will create the opportunity for the successful candidate to enhance their technical skills and on-site experience.

Skills and attributes:

•good design flair combined with technical skills
•ability to work within a team, as well as working independently - must be able to take initiative
•proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite
•knowledge of Revit an advantage
•fluency in spoken and written English
•relevant permit for working in the UK

Part III Project Architect

We are looking for a Part-III architect with a strong UK construction background to support our existing team to work on the new teaching facility; MIRA Technology Institute.

Due to start on site this summer, it will create the opportunity for the successful candidate to enhance their technical skills and on-site experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing full detailed drawing packages, technical details, schedules and specifications.
You should have experience of working on projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have UK construction experience, technical detailing skills and a thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

Skills and attributes:

•excellent working knowledge of all RIBA work stages
•proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite
•ability to work within a team, as well as working independently - must be able to take initiative
•knowledge of Revit an advantage
•fluency in spoken and written English
•relevant permit for working in the UK
