In the face of new competition and evolving customer and environmental demands, existing retail centres need to continually appraise where they are in the market and how can they remain viable.

Starting with in-depth studies of existing uses and formats, we draw on our significant retail experience to identify how best these spaces can be adapted or remodelled to introduce, much needed, new uses and tenants.

In most cases this includes the introduction of mixed uses; leisure and more recently residential components. A mixed-use development is more sustainable and better-placed to adapt to the demands of the market.

For us, this process is about working with local clients and consultant teams to identify strategies for change and improvement.
